What is it?
Connections, Collaborations, Coaching and Coffee all in one event.
The Business Lounge is a ‘not just networking’ business event for Business Owners in Medway and North Kent.
*Network and chat to other businesses.
*Collaborate and Connect with other members.
*Group Business Coaching session – take away valuable tips.
*Guest Speakers – great topics and actionable advice.
(You too could be the feature speaker and showcase your business!)
*Opportunity to present a one-minute introduction each month on who you are, what you do and if there is someone specific you want to be recommended to for business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet with others in business, build your network, increase business and be supported by like minded business owners.
When is it?
The meetings will take place on the 1st Friday of the month.
Where is it?
Venue: El Galley, Waterfront Leisure, Gillingham Marina, 173 Pier Road, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 1UB (Ample free parking!!)
What’s the cost?
Tickets are £25 for this monthly event and need to be purchased in advance.
(This includes refreshments and light brunch in a beautiful venue overlooking the Marina and River.)

Anita has been to many networking events over the years; some formal, some informal and has taken what works, what people want from business networking and launched ‘The Business Lounge’. She was an Ambassador for the largest referral networking organisation in the world for over 6 years, so she knows networking works and that it’s a great marketing strategy for businesses.

About your host:
Hi, I’m Anita, a Business Coach, with over 25 years experience in Marketing in the Publishing, Retail, Advertising, Small Business, and Local Press Sector.
I’m an accredited Performance Coach who studied and worked my backside off to gain a credible diploma. I’ve not just read the books, I’ve lived it; I’ve run businesses for over 21 years. From business start-ups, through business growth, business change of direction, juggling business and family life often through adversity and massive curveballs. I walk the talk as an empowering, motivational, supportive Business Coach.
I have successfully worked with many businesses; Automotive, Health and Nutrition, Life Coaches, Beauty Therapists, Trades, Freelance Consultants, Family Businesses, Small Businesses, Start Ups and empowered the success of businesses who are stuck and need to be supported.
Working with a family business, which is now more successful, profitable and locally and nationally recognised in a good way after rebranding, target marketing, strategy and growth planning, staffing issues sorted, mindset work with the owner and lots of planning (there was more to it than that!)
I am passionate about helping other small businesses, start-ups and those making the leap from employment to entrepreneurship.
My mission is to inspire, motivate and support you to take action, live your life by your rules, embrace life, live each day to the max and to ultimately succeed in all areas important to you.

What’s the refund policy?
No refunds as the catering and venue costs remain the same regardless unfortunately.
Is there a joining fee or membership fee?
Absolutely NOT! This is a monthly event where you pay each month you wish to attend, obviously wit any networking, the key to success is regular attendance to build relationships.
